"Behold there is no help for me in myself, and my familiar friends also are departed from me." [Job 6:13]

Dear Friends,
A couple of years ago a good priest friend of ours, upon confiding on him some of our  problems, recommended to me that I read the book of Job, for in that book I would understand what God was asking of me.... 
And I did.   It was Job’s test: will he abandon his faith or remain loyal to God?
I wasn't too excited to read the words of Job which were filled with frustration and despair. Satan is allowed to tempt Job by making his life miserable and he doesn't believe he deserves the "punishments" though his friends think that he must have done something terrible to receive these scourges. Instead of angrily and  despairingly complaining to God, he humbly thanked God for the gifts he had given him and asked God how to get out of his situation and asked Him for help in this manner. In the end,  he finally received relief from God and everything was restored twice over when he finally prayed to God the correct way. 
Job withstood the test that God allowed to be inflicted upon him and in the end, Job humbly submitted to the will of God and offered prayer and sacrifice for his sins. 

Afterward, "... the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before... 
  And the Lord blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning...And Job lived after these things, a hundred and forty years, and he saw his children... and he died an old man, and full of days."

How many times are we tested by God as well? 
Right now, it seems that the whole world is  being tested and God may shortly separate the wheat from the chaff.  We need to do prayer and penance and sacrifice.

This brings me to ask for help from all of you....
Last April, we lost a "donate" button and I tried to ask the company that helped us put up our website to fix it a couple of times.  Well, months went by into the worldwide virus "pan." and the shutdowns and still we had no one to help us! 
Last night, I said a prayer and found an app to get a donate button back up and running and it is now on our website on our "Cart" page. We have prayed and it seems as though our prayer was answered for
"God helps those who helps themselves."
as the saying goes. 

But we cannot do everything and we are asking for your help!  Your donations have keep us going for almost 20 years.  This year we have been hard hit by all of the happenings in the world.  Could you find it in your heart to donate to us once again to keep us going?  We really have hardly asked anything for our apostolate. 

We have organized fundraisers for the Monasteries in Quito, but now we need your help to keep doing our work.  These donations could make or break us this year! We would like to continue doing our work spreading the devotion to the Blessed Mother under this beautiful title and also keeping the Catholic Faith alive and well in the hearts of the faithful.
